The project to completely re-roof the Villas started on January 16, 2023. It finished around the middle of April.
The roofing contractor was Speer Roofing and Construction, Inc. The first units done were on the lake-front. Next were the two units across from the mailboxes. Finally, they worked their way down the line of the building starting at the North-East garbage dumpster and then back up.
The underlayment is PolyGlass - PolyStick Tu Max
The tiles themselves are WestLake Villa 900 - Gold Dust Blend concrete barrel tiles.
At the same time, gutters were removed and then replaced after the roof installation. Any rotted wood on soffits etc. was also repaired.
