The Property Managers of Sun Bay Club are responsible for the upkeep of the common areas located in Sun Bay Club (All common areas in both The Villas of Lake Destiny and Sun Bay Club are shared). These areas include the pool, tennis courts, and the "Blue Gate" entrance.

To get an access key, be added to the directory listing at the front gate or get a pool bathroom key, please email the Villas Property Manager.

Private Party/Event Request Form

To have a party in the comman areas now requires submitting the Private Event Request Form. Please submit this form at least two (2) weeks before your event.
