Villas of Lake Destiny Elastomeric Paint Project

We are having water penetration issues with several of our buildings in the Villas where small cracks in the stucco allow water to penetrate the side of a building that does not have an overhang.

The roofing contractor has suggested professionally preparing those walls and applying a matching elastomeric paint to the ENDS of the building where there are no overhangs.

In the instances where red alarms and alarm boxes are in place on the walls they should be properly prepared and painted red with the appropriate paint. Preparation must include caulking around any exterior windows.

Please supply a DETAILED quote (Including your square footage estimate) to apply matching elastomeric paint to the ends of one building (including white window trim) and then your price to do each additional building (Up to and including all 9 buildings in the Villas). Your bid should break out the cost of materials and labor separately and specify the brand of paint you will use.

Note the sprinkler alarm bell and spare box on the building that will need to be painted red. Any other electric cable etc. should match the stucco.
